3. Enzymatic and acid hydrolysis workshop (300 and 500L cooking tanks, 200L sterilization tanks)
4. Drying and centrifugal separation workshop (fluidized bed dryer up to 70L/h, Spin-Flash dryer up to 50L/h, spray dryer 15L/h, paddle dryer heating surface 3 m², decanter centrifuge 0.5 m³/h, separator 300L/h)
